Travel in Confidence
13th August 2020
The wellbeing of our customers and colleagues is our number one priority, and we've made extensive changes to our operation to ensure that our services are the safest way for your group to travel.
Find out more about our wellbeing measures below:
The wearing of a face-covering on public transport is mandatory. Please ensure that you wear a face-covering when travelling on our coaches. To protect our drivers, this applies even if you are in the same household group.
To ensure that you have enough space onboard our coaches, we have reduced the maximum amount of passengers per vehicle. Our team can help you plan safe seating arrangements for your group.
If your service uses tickets (for example, a school or business shuttle), you can use our mobile ticket platform to reduce the risk of cross-contamination associated with paper tickets.
For added protection we've fitted safety screens on every seat. This creates a physical barrier between passengers and enhances the flow of fresh air from the climate system.
All of our drivers have PPE, including a face-covering or mask, although these are not mandatory for transport workers. Drivers also have the option to wear a face visor for extra protection during passenger boarding/alighting.
We’ve introduced enhanced vehicle cleaning processes, with a particular focus on key touch-points. Also, our coaches are now routinely cleaned using an advanced anti-viral interior fogging agent proven to be effective against Covid-19.
