School Bus Services

Centaur has the ability to offer regular a school bus service for schools in Kent, Sussex, & Surrey. Our fleet of coaches can accomodate all the needs of our clients and passengers. For example, with a modern executive interior our 22-seater minibuses are the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The perfect vehicle for smaller size groups, featuring all of the comfort features of larger vehicles only with fewer seats. Our minibuses are an excellent choice for any school looking to run a bus service, but our fleet is capable of running larger vehicles to meet requirements.

We operate five routes between a London based private school and home towns using different sized vehicles. We are currently working with the school to ensure that their coaches and buses meet these requirements and fulfil the pupils' needs. Our drivers are also CRB checked and undergo safeguarding training to guarantee the safest of journeys.

  • All of our drivers are CRB checked and undergo thorough training, including safeguarding, disability awareness and data protection.
  • We regularly risk access and audit our entire operation to ensure total peace of mind.
  • We always try to go the extra mile for our passengers but to ensure that we follow the PSVAR regulations, all of our coaches within the criteria have allocated wheelchair spaces. You can find removable seats on our coaches and a lift to ensure that wheelchair passengers can get on and off the coach hassle-free. 

Our drivers are trained in disability awareness to ensure that they can spot and offer the appropriate help when needed, without being asked, to you peace of mind when travelling.

Efficiency & Sustainability

Every organisation must commit to reducing its impact on the environment. This raises challenges when organising transport and all of us must seek the most environmentally friendly solutions when moving people and products. We are actively working with clients to provide alternatives to traditional carbon-emitting vehicles by introducing the latest hybrid and fully electric vehicles to our fleet. Using our school bus service is a safer and more environmentally friendly method of getting pupils to school when compared to having them all dropped off individually.
