Using your ticket

Passengers are required to show their ticket to the driver when boarding and must be prepared to also show their ticket during their journey if requested by a ticket inspector. Passengers that hold season tickets are asked to carry a form of photo identification with them to prove they are the authorised holder of the ticket in their possession.

Tickets are checked using various methods which include photographic ID, serial numbers and colouring.
